Regardless if you’re completely new to therapy, or if you’ve seen multiple therapists in your lifetime, it’s easy to get started with online parenting therapy. Follow the steps below to get started and we’ll be tackling the challenges you need support with most in no time!

Introductory call
We'll schedule a free 15 minute introductory call so I can hear more about what you're looking for and share what I offer. I'll also answer any questions you have.

Schedule intake session
We'll get a time and date on the books that works for both of us to meet for a 60 minute intake session where we review your family's history and craft our goals together.

Complete paperwork
Before we meet for the intake session, you will complete some basic paperwork to give us baseline data and share about the practice policies.

Intake session
We meet for 60 minutes to start getting to know each other and unpacking the challenges at hand. We firm up our goals for working together.

Weekly sessions
After our intake, we meet weekly for 45 minute sessions to unpack the challenges of the week and strategize around new techniques to try.
